Great Canadian Dueling Pianos was formed in 2018 and quickly became Canada's favourite piano party people. In the intervening years the company has grown exponentially, playing for clients as diverse as Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, Delta Airlines, Coca-Cola, Canadian Tire, The Royal Military College, The PNE and hundreds of smaller companies and associations across the country, as well as opening Canada's only purpose built Dueling Piano Bar, Gatsbys Speakeasy at 82 Bathurst Street in Toronto.
Great Canadian Dueling Pianos operates on a single philosophy - the music you want to hear, delivered with charisma, cheer and musical prowess. No other act incorporates its audience in such an interactive fashion, and with a repertoire from Broadway to Britney, Liszt to Lizzo, no two shows are ever the same.
When the pandemic struck in 2020 and the entertainment sector withered, GCDP began livestreaming twice a week, and entertained over 15,000 people virtually, whilst raising money for the Daily Bread Food Bank and other small businesses all across Canada. The company won Now Magazine's Readers Choice Award for Best Online Concert Series, and continues to garner plaudits for their immersive show, even without an audience in the room. It was been humbling to bring our show to the four corners of the country we love through livestreaming, and we have been honoured to find a place in the hearts of so many in such challenging times.
With the world reopened, GCDP continues to perform all over the world, with recent stops in Norway, Netherlands, St Maarten, Aruba - and of course, sea to shining sea in Canada. No one shares music with the passion we do - and we can't wait to entertain you!

A veteran of hundreds of dueling shows, his breadth of repertoire will electrify any room.

Cody cut his teeth playing at the Four Seasons Hotel and the Madison Avenue Pub in Toronto, He's been in the same room as a number of celebrities.
